WI-HER seeks the services of an experienced Senior Executive or Organizational Development Coach for a potential project intended to improve the effectiveness of the management, team leaders, and staff at a partner agency in Washington, DC.

The consultant is responsible for providing organizational development and coaching services, including strategic planning and implementation, change management, performance and process improvement, and organizational and individual assessments.

Tasks:

  • One-on-one meetings with participants to discuss developmental areas
  • Customized individual training sessions
  • Provide a written summary of specific short-term and long-term actions discussed to address opportunity areas to enhance the individual’s performance.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent AND ten (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF), or a similar professional organization.
