WI-HER seeks the services of an experienced Senior Consultant, Facilitator or Trainer for a potential project intended to improve the effectiveness of the management, team leaders, and staff at a partner agency in Washington, DC.
The consultant’s services will be required over a period of 12 months. The consultant is responsible for providing organizational development services, including strategic planning and implementation, change management, performance and process improvement, team development, retreat design and facilitation, and training solutions.
